well i have to say thank you right away my order arrived 2 days after i ordered via standard shipping, fully charged. I'm not very happy with the color (like a burnt orange) but it's my fault for not paying attention. In general, downloading music and photos is easy and convenient. I downloaded the movie too. While the model is technically only slightly dated, the photos were surprisingly clear. It came with headphones but I don't like that style and used my own. comes with a 16GB SD card which I formatted in the device once I opened the product. didn't want to risk it. The knobs were very stiff but I hope it's because it's new
