As the name suggests, this petticoat is perfect for Lolita beginners. Or if you like to fold petticoats under dresses, this would be the perfect addition to your petticoat collection. Remember to turn it inside out and leave it there for at least 5-10 minutes. I am a tall person (5ft 11in) and am in dire need of a petticoat as I will be attending an event this coming weekend and in May. It can be worn on the waist or hips if like me you like layering petticoats and/or you are taller and need to get longer without looking for a long enough petticoat. I have a 26 inch waist and had no problem putting them on, my hips are 40 inches and I had no problem getting them on my hips. Overall I love this petticoat, it added a lot of volume to my dresses.
