Reduces Cravings and Overeating

I have been using this product for a little over a week and have noticed a difference. My sugar cravings and overeating habit have stopped. I don't know if I can give a fair review in the short time I've been taking it, but I feel like it's helping so far. I will try to remember to update this review in a month to report weight loss. It helps me make better nutritional choices and gives me energy for training and the rest of the day.
