Yes they fit
This is useful for keeping work from falling off the needles while keeping it in my work bag. They also hold my needles together well when I'm not using them. If you're having trouble keeping them on your needles, you're probably using them on the wrong needles. They fit 7 to 10 (maybe 10.5). There is a smaller size for smaller needles.
