Review on Transfit FlexFrame-U Bracket: Enhanced Design for Unmatched Versatility by Seth Gomez

Bought this bracket to use with a heavier "yellow" NY City U-lock on my city commuter car with a vertical "U" on the seat tube. I drive in Philadelphia and there are a lot of potholes and after a few months of driving the strut loosened, I tightened it, loosened it, I tightened it again, then it broke. I installed three more Kritonites with these clips, two "grey" locks and one "orange". These are lighter locks than the yellow ones and they mount in a horizontal or slanted position on the seatstay or down tube. This should be taken into account if you want to avoid this problem. I get no answer from the company, nobody answers the phone, the online form is not answered. Very disappointing just want to replace it shouldn't be a big deal but I ride this bike every day.
