Now I have very long (to the waist) and very thick hair. They're all the same length, and while I like them long, drying and styling them can be a hassle. My hands and arms can get tired when blow drying my hair. Also, it can take a long time to dry. This hair dryer produces an incredible amount of air. It allows me to dry and style my hair in a much shorter time. Since it dries faster I can reduce the amount of hair products I have to use. If I use a less powerful hair dryer I have to use more anti-frizz product because the strands of hair will start to dry on their own before I finish drying the one area I'm working on and frizz gets stuck in. It's hard to describe. Excuse me! Everything seems to work faster and my hair looks better when I use it. And I think it has something to do with how fast I can dry and style my hair. I love the long cord and the dryer itself looks sleek and professional. Cool Shot works really well to freeze my style. Good hair dryer.
