I like that it gives you all your sales reports in one place (we use this to see our monthly top sellers/least sold items). There are some features we wish were more user friendly but overall its easy enough when using with other reporting software as well such us MS Power BI - which helps make things easier if there's already another tool being used elsewhere at work! It has helped me keep track better than doing everything manually ourselves would be able do without having multiple spreadsheets going around within my team members' email accounts etc..
