This pan is perfect for both of us, empty nesters. I use it as a grill, skillet and quick grill. I use recipes for 4 and cut them in half and that fits the bill. High quality stainless steel, looks sexy and easy to clean. I like the small handles instead of the long pan handle as it matches the toaster! perfect for 2 chicken pieces, a pound of ground beef or pork, 4 short ribs, 2 pork chops, etc. etc. Love it!
