I like that it can be easily integrated with Sage or Quickbooks; also has reports available as standard (which makes life easier). It's not really user friendly if you're new at accounting - so definitely need someone else help out here! I've been using this product since 2011, when we started our small business. We have never had any problems running everything through Vt-FAs until now. In April 2020 my boss was asked to start working from home due to COVID-19 fears/concerns. This meant no one could come into work - which included me needing access to computer. So all files were moved off an external hard drive onto cloud storage instead. And then they went missing!! After multiple emails in response time between 7 days and 3 weeks later there still remains nothing resolved. My team member who took over managing final accounts after us left hasn't even attempted contacting support yet either.
