Perfect for a last minute recital costume. The skirt is pretty thin (especially under stage lights) so you may want to add a tutu or thicker skirt. I ordered a XS (2-4yr) for my 2.5yr old. She was around 36in, 27lbs at the time. I don’t plan on using again but I definitely think this leotard could be worn for up to a year longer. It was roomy but not saggy at time she wore. So if your child is within a few lbs or inches of the stats listed above I think this size would work for you.
