My 4 year old lost our remote control. He was mad that I wouldn't wear Paw Patrol or some nonsense like that. Anyway, he conveniently disappeared after that. We looked for this stupid thing for 3 weeks until I finally broke down and ordered a new one. We joked that once we did that, the old one would reappear. We've had the new remote control for about 2 weeks now. I like it even better than the old one. Just this morning while drinking coffee I turned around and saw the old man sitting on my kitchen island. Now I'm a tidy woman and the kitchen is the center of our open living. Definitely not in the doubles club, we haven't overtaken him in 5 weeks. It's magical and annoying. In any case the new remote will remain in use until my angry 4 year old disappears and the old one will be a backup I think.
