God they missed the opportunity to get it right. Why would I drill a 2 inch hole in the transom to accommodate a dive light. I considered putting a 2 7/8" diameter ring on the back of the light to compensate for the bulge on the back (which by the way they were supposed to offer as an option), but figured it wouldn't hold up to the light might punch. I'll bring the light back. And yes, the wires are too thin for the job and require an almost soldier-like connection.
