Benu is a very good customer service platform. The help desk system is extremely easy to use. It’s user friendly and the staff is more than willing to assist and answer questions. They offer several solutions for their users and their platform is very flexible. Benu has been a fantastic experience for a couple of our projects. Customer service support is at a premium nowadays. Benu's team understands the need for immediate gratification. They are willing to provide it. They do so quickly. Benu's pricing is competitive and they offer many features. Pricing for the service can be daunting. Make sure you ask for a full proposal. Benu gives great customer service, has a flexible platform and is quick-to-setup. Benu is great for VoIP calls and video conferencing. The best part is that it provides me with multiple options for my internet connections at affordable prices! I can choose from many different providers depending upon what suits our needs most in terms of speed/cost etc. It has been very easy so far because we are new customers who have not used this service before but once they get familiarized everything will be just fine :) Not much as such since its an excellent product which helps us manage bandwidth usage efficiently and save costs too!!
