I bought these because I needed an MRI and had to remove my nose ring. I wanted some small rivets that just go in straight so they can be easily removed. I found these and I love them. They are very cute and very good for the price. I love that there are 3 different sizes and there are so many. The only thing I complain about is that they can easily get lost because they come out in a dream or if you forget and rub your nose. So I've already lost one. So I recommend taking them out at night and when showering, otherwise they will be constantly lost as sometimes they don't stay inside. At least they're not in my nose. But I still recommend them!
