VCT VTM-150UK - Deluxe 220/240V Working Voltage Step Down Converter

I thought I should review this unit to help others. No doubt, the transformer works perfectly. I didn't take it with me on my trip to England. Instead I use adapters. I wanted to travel light because I would be visiting 4 cities there. What you should know is that most consumer electronics purchased today are dual voltage devices. I didn't know this and bought it to charge my phone and tablet. I didn't have any 120V AC appliances to take with me on the trip, nor did I have to. I didn't understand this from other Revain reviews. I haven't looked at the electrical requirements of my devices. However, I took a close look at them. To get to the fuse you will need a Phillips screwdriver to get at it. In some reviews they wrote that it only worked the first time and then stopped. All electrical devices have a current limit. That's what the fuse is for. I forgot the size of the fuse, but I know it's NOT a regular fuse that you can easily find at the hardware store. In it, the manufacturer should include a promotion to help travelers on the go who need this device. Transformers rarely fail. If it stops working, you plugged in something you shouldn't have used. However, you should only buy this device if you are traveling with something electronic that only draws 120V AC. No hair dryers, laser printers or anything else that requires a lot of electricity. Hope this helps people.
