Definitely worth the price I paid. It's super spacious. My son has a play area downstairs (where this product is currently located) and a play area upstairs. We brought some toys and books to fill this basket and it's holding up pretty well. I LOVE that it has two compartments because I can keep toys AND books in one basket so the books don't spoil and I save space. I believe it can also be taken out if not required/required, but it works for me as is. The only thing I don't like is that it looks very bulky due to the material and the sides will bulge after a while. It is structurally unattractive. Another thing to mention is that I have to put the toy basket against the wall and when my son lifts the lids to open the basket (both sides) they don't stay up which makes him very frustrated. So I either move the bin and put the lids behind it, or slide it out so it's at an angle to the wall where it can't fall off, and on top of it.
