Review on Grill on wood Gratar Family Optima BBQ, 44.1x133.2x111 cm by Gabriela Trocka ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

As such, there are no disadvantages, it is convenient to use.

Double impression. In general, it is convenient to fry meat on it. In general, a convenient size. I really liked to fry under the lid. The meat seals quickly and remains juicy. When you need to bring the meat to the desired condition, you can shovel the coals into one corner, the meat into another corner. Close the lid. And it turns out that the meat no longer burns, but slowly reaches the desired condition. You can copy. To do this, there is a special container for wood chips (purchased separately). You can fry steaks on a grill-brazier, you can make a classic barbecue on skewers (grid and skewers are bought separately). You can fry on a separate closed grill. But very poor paint quality. Declared heat-resistant paint. At the first burn, the paint began to melt in some places. And peeled off. Where it peeled off, it immediately began to rust. Which is understandable. No one promised stainless steel on the lid. The lid has a valve for adjusting the air flow. The valve scratches the cover. Well, then you know - rust 😀 I will repaint the lid and some parts of the barbecue with some really heat-resistant paint (if I find one 😀). I'll put a washer under the valve on the lid. This will remove the scratching problem. Could have guessed at the factory 😀 At first I wanted to give 3 stars. But then I thought that it was really multifunctional. And put 4. Despite the poor painting and despite the fact that the bottom led a little (not yet critical). The idea is good, the implementation is acceptable. A little effort at the factory - and the implementation will be at 4. Then the whole barbecue will be at 5. 😀

Pros
  • Good dimensions, comfortable height, many surfaces for objects, side tables, a lid, a thermometer, the thickness of the brazier itself is 3 mm of steel. Retractable ash pan. You can use a skewer and, for example, bake a whole chicken. You can copy.
Cons
  • Disgusting paint quality. The bottom moved a little on the first burn. The paint peels off and the brazier immediately begins to rust.
