I'm a bit frustrated to say the least. I review almost every product before I buy it and the photos and reviews seem convincing enough. I bought this and first made the mistake of using it with a "smudge top coat" which obviously didn't work. I ordered the Pretty Diva Base without a facial tissue and tried it again, but the powder didn't stick. It seems hydrophilic and wants to stick to everything but my nails. I gave up and tried again, trying different things to see if I could get a different result. I ended up with dust everywhere except on my nails and out of 5 nails 2 managed to stick a little but it was in the form of spots and when I tried to rub it more it erased the rest of the pieces. So frustrating! I like this look but I can't achieve it. super shitty
