It was annoying from day one. The switches that turn on the light and motion are fairly difficult to press without the entire platter misaligning. It's annoying when you think you've installed the product in the perfect position and then try to turn on the clockwork or the light. Another nasty little issue is how the platter moves. he twitches. No rhyme, no reason. It only starts its jerky movements at random times. Then there's a sharp, clumsy sound going in and out. I photograph jewelry so weight shouldn't be an issue. Why they did it, changing direction depending on how the table turns is beyond logic. The operator has no influence on this. You turn it on and it goes left sometimes and right next time. Why introduce this feature if there is no way to control it? Overall, it's an overpriced piece of plastic that makes random noises, doesn't move smoothly, has a direction change feature that's utterly useless, and moves from where you put it when you try to turn it on. If you love disappointing photoshoots and can't control the direction your product takes, then by all means buy this piece of junk! If not, then try to spend more for a quality product not made by this manufacturer.
