I liked the ease of installation, cleaning and storage. The mop cleans well. The only criticism is the round design. I understand that the bell brush needs to be round to work, but hitting the corners isn't the easiest thing. When removing the squeegee from the spinner you will also need to pull it or put your foot on the part of the bucket and pull up to separate it. Seems to be an easy fix. Maybe weigh down the bucket. Because even with half a gallon of water, if I pull the sling wiper off the centerline, it sometimes sweeps the bucket with it. Otherwise I used it quite often. At least five times a month. The filter cleans great. The filter material reminds me of a magic eraser... the mop is very easy to clean and wash out well. The bucket is also easy to clean. I've used in my detergent and it's great that I use very little water and the floors come out so clean. No more pushing dirt, it picks it up right off my ceramic tile and leaves no residue! I love this mop because the floors are shiny and clean. I even use a mop to clean the outside of my cabinets.
