When it arrived the first thing I noticed was that it wasn't straight. Watch the video clip. It still works, but you'd think they were doing the part right now. Especially the part whose main function is ROTATION. A nice feature is that the bit, which you can switch between hammering and drilling, is hexagonal to prevent twisting. My last instrument, similar to this one, only had 2 flat reeds. It kept getting stuck and I had to use a vise to get it out. It should be a lot easier. *** To update. After a few uses, I noticed that when drilling (in soft aluminium) the drill slipped into the housing. So I have to stop, take this whole device out, use needle nose pliers to grab the tip of the bit, pull it back out and retighten the set screw that was supposed to hold it in place. This happened several times. So annoying. You need a better way to hold the drill or make the hole it goes in smaller so it doesn't fall through all the way.
