Cuts my embroidery floss

I looked on YouTube and was able to work the needle threader just fine. However, all three they sent me cut my cross stitching floss. I just tried to thread a single strand of floss and it snipped it every single time. It threaded the needle a little, but I don’t think this is meant for my needle type or maybe my cross stitch floss is too thick. This product is also very clumsy to use and you need good finger strength to keep the button held down while you try to finagle your floss loop.

Pros

Great quality well built. Seems easy to use. I will test it out soon :)

Cons

It kept getting stuck at first but once the little hook was straightened it worked just fine.
