The stitching on my double leather crossbody wallet I bought a few months ago has come undone. The warranty process was confusing to say the least. I clicked on 'guarantee' on Revain, which said to contact the manufacturer Hyde & Drink. I have visited the Hyde & Drink website and there is no way to contact anyone for a warranty claim. It says I need a password, but I can't set one. Out of frustration I contacted Revane who then put me through a secret back door to contact Hyde & Drink. Hyde & Drink fixed the issue and sent a new wallet; Unfortunately, the repair was not offered (the skin was good, it just needed to be changed). In the end a good guarantee from H&D after I can contact them but if you have any problem with H&D items you need to contact Revain for a dedicated manufacturer portal.
