Good enough for water filtration and softener
Water will continue to leak until the water level in both filters is equal to the hole the water is leaking through. This makes it drip very fast for 10 seconds after the water supply is cut off, and then drip very slowly for over 40 minutes until the 2nd filter is balanced. This may be normal for this guy, but I'm going to put a hose in there to raise the water level.
