My interaction with HOUSBAY was a source of frustration for me, as someone who places a high value on the quality of the audio equipment they sell. Despite the fact that they have a huge selection of things, I was disappointed with the overall quality. After only a few months of use, the clock radio that I bought from HOUSBAY started giving me trouble and eventually stopped working entirely. Despite getting in touch with their customer support team, I was unable to receive a response or find a solution to the problem that met my expectations. Spending money on a product that did not work as promised was upsetting, but being faced with incompetent customer service was much more frustrating. In addition, I was underwhelmed by the general quality of their offerings across the board. I was surprised to find that the clock radio I purchased had a flimsy and cheaply manufactured feel to it, especially given the pricing range of the item. In general, if someone asked me to recommend a place to purchase high-quality audio equipment, I would not point them in the direction of HOUSBAY. Even though they have a large selection of things, the low quality of those products plus the useless nature of their customer support make the overall experience aggravating and disheartening.
