The noise level is normal. I don't think an epilator can be quiet. Charges for about an hour. Batteries are definitely enough for 2 epilations. I took the smallest number of nozzles (basic kit). If it were possible, I wouldn't take them at all. I don't see any fun in them. I had 2 Browns and 2 Phillips after them. Philips is my favorite. As far as I understand, these firms have a very different principle for the location of tweezers. So with Philips hair removal is faster and less painful.
