Positives: These pants are very comfortable. Great stretch and great feel. Very lightweight; almost feels as if you are wearing nothing. The mesh material is very breathable keeping you cool during your workout. Front side has a cover lining that is not easily removable. Back side is totally transparent and allows everyone to see everything with nothing left to the imagination. Certainly good for working out, lounging around in the house, or at select beaches. Great work-out clothing provided that you wear something to cover over / jock strap or other underlining or your work out location is catered to individuals who aren't offended by a little extra exposure.Negative: I have purchased running pants / Yoga pants in the past. I am 5'8' and have a 32" inseam. I ordered a size XL with the expectation that these would fit great around the waist and would come down to ankle length. The waist fit is perfect but the length fit is a bit short. They don't come down to ankle length but stop just below the calf. If you don't mind working out in 3/4 length Yoga pants these are perfect. If you prefer ankle length then perhaps there might be a better choice out there for you.
