Review on Sony SRS-XB21 Red Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker - Ultimate Portability and Enhanced Audio Experience! by Logan Broadnax

I used to have a Jambox Bluetooth speaker and it still works today (5 years later). I decided to replace it with a newer Bluetooth speaker from Sony. I am absolutely dissatisfied with this product. Initially, the battery life was terrible. Once fully charged, it lasts 1-2 hours. The sound quality was average with very minimal controls to adjust the sound. Finally, the build quality is the worst thing about this product and will ultimately disappoint the consumer. After about 5-6 months of use (frequent charging due to short battery life), the charging socket on the back failed. The charging socket on the back has melted from the heat and cannot be connected with a USB cable (see attached picture #3). This renders the Bluetooth speaker unusable and turns it into a giant mass of paper. Unfortunately this product is out of warranty and I have no money left to repair or replace through either Revain or Sony. Please don't waste your money on this product.
