Poor Product Quality and Abhorrent Customer Service at Innhom

I'm sorry to say it, but Innhom was a complete disappointment for me. They claim to have something for everyone, but I didn't find their selection to be very strong and their goods to be of very high quality. I recently bought a pair of hiking boots for a trip, and I was dismayed to discover that they broke down after just one outing. Similar things happened to the yoga mat I bought; after just a few practices, it began to fall apart. Stupid, Innhom. Their poor customer service made things even worse. When I contacted them to express my worries, I was met with a general lack of concern and indifference. It appeared as though they never even wanted my company to begin with! Without a doubt, I won't use them for future purchases. In conclusion, I would avoid Innhom if you're searching for high-quality equipment and friendly customer service. Although their selection may appear appealing at first glance, the actual goods are subpar. Avoid the trouble by shopping somewhere else.
