Recently, I made a few purchases from the SANLI online store, and I have to say that I was really dissatisfied with the overall quality of their products. The quality of the craftsmanship was lacking across the board, from the uncomfortable shoes to the jewelry that appeared to have been bought from a dime store. In addition to this, their customer service was of the lowest possible quality. They did not respond to my messages or offer any assistance when I attempted to contact them about the problems I was having. It is abundantly evident that the only thing this company cares about is getting their hands on your money, and they could not care less about the standard of their wares or the happiness of their clientele. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle by avoiding shopping at SANLI.
