it was as beautiful as the picture. It's small, as another reviewer said, about the size of a quarter, but that's enough. I wouldn't want anything too bulky as it hangs like a pendant! Please note that I can wear it all day without my neck getting heavy. The chain is long enough to easily check the time. It opens and closes easily and has an antique look. It's well made and strong enough, although I don't know how long it will last mechanically; However, at this price you can't go wrong ;) When the battery dies, buying another battery will cost more than the price of this watch, so I'll probably order another one! As someone said, this would make a great Christmas gift! Please note that it is well packed but not in a box. It takes as long as stated in the shipping info (not surprising as it came from Singapore) but as you know you can plan ahead before you buy and get it on time if it's a gift. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this cute little watch!
