Contacted seller about a bottle that appeared to be leaking and an atomizer that was damaged and got an immediate response as if they were sending me a replacement part would. So far, I am very satisfied! A bottle leaks with an atomizer connected and ends up unusable, I believe it may be a defect in the glass mold. The bottles are a good size, not too heavy, not too wide to wrap your hand around. After adding the liquid, the weight of the bottle is quite heavy and the plastic on the atomizer is quite thin. I suspect that the plastic trigger will not hold up over time. But time will tell. They send you an extra atomizer so damage to one atomizer wasn't a big deal. So just a bottle of 3 leaks. The sizes are true to size. I put permanent vinyl on the bottle as a label. The word size is 4.98 inches because that part of the bottle is 5 inches long. The shape of the bottle is smooth and there are no trills in the glass.
