This spray works really fast and seems to do the job very well. It smells very pleasant and can be used on the skin without hesitation. However, it must be rinsed with water after use. So it is not an anhydrous cleaning solution. (Although the product description says it's a no-rinse spray, the directions on the bottle say to rinse with clean water after spraying on objects and with clean water after spraying on skin.) Overall, it is a good cleaning solution. It consists of 99.7% anionic water and 0.3% minerals. But it seems to be doing a good job.
