Update 09/30/21 The seller Lexpert contacted and sent the 3rd and for the moment it works fine and the video is good. There are no problems at the moment. Rating upgrade from 1 > 4 stars. The image was good and worked as intended. Unfortunately, it only lasted a week or two and the image started looking like static lines, and then the device stopped working at all. Didn't reset and couldn't catch fire on it at all. Made a replacement request and got a second one. The product certainly has slight differences in design, letter size and switch size inside. The 2nd camera also had very poor video quality compared to the 1st device. It was very grainy even without a lid. Submitted for refund. I'll look for something else.
