we bought a total of 6 of these because they were recommended by the seller at the sprint store (some at the sprint store and some at revain), out of 6, 5 cracked or broken, well, me dropped my phone once and it saved my screen, THANK YOU. But 4 other times they just cracked without hitting anything, 2 for my daughters as they just put their phones in their pockets, 2 for me I pulled it out of my purse and they just cracked and I keep my phone. in the pocket of my wallet, which contains nothing else. We have 3 phones in total and she received the first one in November. FYI, my 1st broke after 30 days with the 1st, but I didn't get it back in time, that's my fault. I really want to love this product but I don't want to buy it all the time.
