The most useful feature in this program was its customer service department which I used as reference when purchasing furniture from online retailers that were not offering any assistance after trying multiple times over several months without resolution or response at all! You have no choice but using their services if wanting an assisted purchase decision process because they are so slow!! We had one issue resolved by them within 3 minutes (after hours) yet it took another 30+ days before we received our item. That's just ridiculous. ! Their support team does NOT know anything about restaurant management/furniture procurement; therefore there isn't much benefit other than being able provide some information regarding how many chairs will fit into certain sized rooms etc...
