Works but our previous system was better. It has a few annoying features. For example, every time it's set and we open the door, enter the house and turn off the set alarm, it goes off and notifies us by phone and text - twice. It's superfluous if we turn off the system. There are no settings to prevent it from telling us that we've entered our home. We want it to only notify us when our house has been broken into and we don't turn it off (e.g. burglary). It also has a voice every time we open a door or window. Maybe a beep would be ok, instead we hear an annoying voice EVERY time. I would look into another system before recommending this one.
