Review on Enhanced 4K/HD/HDR Streaming: Roku Ultra with Premium JBL Headphones by George Woods

This is my third Roku Box. After plugging it in as instructed, I called go.roku.com/selectinput as instructed. Someone in India, whom I could barely understand, told me that my Roku account needed to be upgraded to newer software and that there would be a one-time fee of $69.95 to upgrade. I'm sending my Roku Ultra back and going back to my old model. The rep offered me a discount when I protested which only made the injury worse. I told her I wouldn't pay a dime for the box. So it's useless to me so I'm sending it back and reverting to my old model.
