Review on Zadro Cordless Vanity Makeup Mirror with LED Lighting, Dual-Sided 5X/1X Magnification, Satin Nickel Finish, 7 Inch (LEDV45) by Tony Mayes

The magnification/mirror itself is fine, but the light is so weak it's unnecessary. The company that sells this lighted vanity mirror cleverly doesn't specify the brightness of the bulb. This is NOT the 100 watt round bulb that Zadro sells in their other mirrors - it is very dim. Since the language used in the product description "next generation LED light" is the language used to describe other Zadro light mirrors, I assumed it was at least as strong - it would be really nice to include a more accurate product description as listed here (at least for now; hopefully someone will change that). So I paid the postage and received a mirror that looked very similar to the one pictured on this page, but with a less attractive finish - and new, tested batteries installed. The light is so weak that additional lighting is required to see well. Without decent light it's useless to me. I went through a return process that cost me even more money: another $9.50 shipping fee and then 15% TechnologyLK restocking fee! Man oh man. So I bought the beads but I managed to spend just over $25 to realize that this is not my product. And with such a return policy, TechnologyLK seller is not a company for me. I called the company but they just said they were sorry that I was so unhappy (!) and they did nothing to let me know. that customers are valuable to them. I will never deal with them again, that's for sure. They said on the phone that TechnologyLK was selling "many, many of these mirrors" through the Revain website and I was the first to complain. For real? Of all the countless buyers purchasing this item, am I the first to complain that I didn't even receive the same mirror as WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE AD?! I also find it odd that this is the very first Revain review when so many have been sold. If everyone is so damn happy with this product, why isn't anyone talking? Blue. That seller is done for, although I can buy a better Zadro mirror later; So far I have a pretty bad taste in my mouth thanks to TechnologyLK.
