The bracelet fits snugly around my arm and was comfortable during a 2 mile run. He didn't slip at all. I wore it over my shirt sleeve. The wrap is "one size fits all," so it should work well for small (runners?) hands, right through to painfully thin ones. Bodybuilders may find the band more difficult to fit, even though it is stretchy. My unbent arm is about 13 inches or 32.5 cm long and there is plenty of room to adjust it larger or smaller. Putting my phone into the included case is quick and easy. The phone fell out while running. I want my Otterbox case to fit in the bandage, but this is an Otterbox issue, not an Encased issue. The case is detachable so you can use it for basic phone protection. It comes without a screen protector. All ports and buttons of the phone are easily accessible.
