I installed a mirror in my walk-in closet that has some space behind it and allows for jewelry storage. I wanted a magnet catch that would prevent the mirror from swinging open or easily being bumped to swing open. These magnets do the job very well. They're not extraordinarily strong, but I didn't want that - I wouldn't be able to get a grip to open it up. They're nice and thin so they are quite flush with the wall and create a minimal gap between it and the mirror, very unobtrusive. The provided screws are a nice quality flathead, and the metal of the catch is sturdy and finished well. I easily screwed the first side straight into the mirror's frame (I drilled first). I used anchors (not provided) for the wall side, as it did not hit a stud and I didn't want to damage my drywall over time. I opted for two catches instead of just one and am very happy with the results.
