Review on Warm and Windproof JoyDaog Dog Jacket for Small Puppy in Cold Winter Weather by Leah Johnson

I was very pleasantly surprised by this little down vest! Ordered for a 7.5 lb Chihuahua to keep her warm on her late night walks. She has a barrel shaped chest, about 15 inches below her arms, and a 10 inch neck. A small one fits snugly on her chest and a little loose around her neck - it suits me. It's a bit thin, not soft like a human down jacket, but with an outer shell and soft faux fur, it feels warm enough for short trips. My dog doesn't mind wearing it and it looks really cute. I don't like that the vest has a zipper in the front; This makes it a bit difficult to put on without trying to pick the dog up or roll him onto his back. I think it was an aesthetic choice because it REALLY looks really cute with the little buttons - it's just not incredibly practical. And like almost every dog garment I've come across, I find a small gap in the back for her leash, which is a little small and not quite where it should be. Again, in my experience, these are fairly normal dog clothes.
