Review on 🔲 Rugged Ridge 17235.57 A-Pillar Switch Pod Kit for Right-Hand Drive, 4 Switches, Black, Fits 2007-2010 Wrangler JK by Josh Schweitzer

I ordered a left hand A pillar switch box and it is a perfect match in color and texture to the original item it replaced. However, that was a different story altogether. The color was light gray, not black, which didn't really matter, but definitely stood out. The installation was the main problem. I inserted it and secured both clips and the pin through the pilot hole but that didn't fix the door jamming. Every time I opened or closed the door, it would hit the plastic of the switch housing and move significantly. I had put a magnetic phone holder on the inside of the switch and if you had a phone in it, every time you opened or closed the door it would knock it over because it was moving so much. It creaked every time the cabin moved. I ended up having to uninstall it and find another solution. The driver's side fits perfectly so I had high hopes for the passenger side too, but oh well.
