I've worked outside in the heat for years researching different products to find one that really reduces/eliminates rashes, papillomas and other skin irritations in the perineum and hands. pit areas. THAT'S IT! Other products I've tried never worked. Gold Bond Defense gives relief a new meaning by improving my daily activities without worrying about treating skin irritations. I've been using Friction Defense for almost 3 years. It is enough to apply a thin layer of this product without odor and fat to ensure comfort. And it doesn't stain clothes. I would recommend it to anyone who has skin irritation due to skin rubbing.
