This wheel has a reinforced, not completely rubber, but plastic on the sides of the gum, which are smaller than the gum in diameter, incl. don't worry, it's convenient to scroll. Silent wheel, medium volume buttons. Apparently, all a4tech mice of the 7th series are very good in operation. For the money that they ask you have to take (I don’t play, I work for them), in the office my colleagues also have the same series, but narrower at the tail.
