I accidentally bought two sets of bows and arrows for my son's birthday, this one and another with a target on a PVC stand. "To my newly minted 4 year old. We have kids from the neighborhood who are 3 and 5 years old so it helps a lot if you don't share more than one on stage.Even my older kids enjoy playing with this 11, 10 and not quite 40 year old husband.Nice enough, if you're the target, it doesn't hurt like a nerf gun.The dart holder itself is too flimsy to be functional, but if you're smart or creative, there's sure to be a way to reinforce your child's seat back. And so it just shoots arrows. The target is pretty small, about the size of a dinner plate. Our other target is more than twice that size. Tl:Dr - buy this for a cool bow and arrows, not other items .
