1. The item was well packed, with USB charging cable and user manual.2. According to the user manual, you should be able to switch on the device and start configuring the settings. My tracker wasn't charging so I had to charge for 30 minutes. The next thing I recommend before messing around with the tracker is to download the Hplus Watch app and turn on the Bluetooth feature in the app. The instructions don't tell you to do this. Trust me, it will save you a headache.3. The app needs a major overhaul. I can't give this product a higher rating because the app is such a headache. It restarts daily and does not save all data. It has so much potential, it just needs a lot of work.4. The tracker itself is great if you just want live tracking with some limited stored data from the app. It notifies you when goals are met and when you receive a text message. It's waterproof, but what I noticed is that when drops of water hit the tracker, the screen wakes up and it starts scrolling through your items. Not a big deal but mine almost rebooted. Read the instructions carefully! Luckily, I figured out what screen I was on and was able to quickly undo it. I decided to just leave it out when I'm in the water. I was disappointed that I couldn't sync this to my Samsung 8+ health tracker, but that's no big deal.
