I have 3 broken toes on my left foot and have worn SAS shoes for over 25 years. light weight and large width. I wear size 5 and have trouble finding shoes in this size. I thought the first few days might be a bit uncomfortable until I break them in, but to my surprise I wear them for a full two days and have never had a problem. I like the air cushion liner. Very convenient! And I really like the extra height. The only downside I have in my specific size 5 is that colors are very limited. It's either black or beige. I would love nice colors! I highly recommend it to people who have trouble walking. Excellent orthopedic shoes at a very reasonable price!
