Review on SUV Tent with Spacious Interior and Ventilation - Enhanced Family Camping Tents with Tall Ceiling and Large Screen Doors by Cashout Harden

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Great concept. Terrible quality

I love the concept and put a lot of effort into making this tent that way. I knew from the start that this would be a problem. The proportions are a bit off, which is tolerable. The biggest problem is that it arrived damaged, with small holes, like cigarette burns, in the tent roof area. There was also no eye for horizontal support. The ear just wasn't sewn on. So if you take out the box, then this already applies. Then it was time to set it up. Soloing as a 6ft 2 in person isn't impossible, but it was difficult. Lots of poles and details. The biggest disadvantage is that the sleeves are too long for the two main supports. It's bloody impossible to thread the poles through the sleeves and I could hear the threads snapping as I tried, so I stopped to ask a friend for help. At this point, the installation took about 20 minutes or more. At this point I was still thinking about leaving the tent. I figured I could sew on a new rail and maybe make narrower tent poles or something. Then I went to fix it. Crappy plastic grommets broke right away. By the end of the weekend, the three eyeless ones appear to have broken off. This was under cautious use by adults. Unacceptable regardless of the price, which went from $200 to $300 after purchase. Sorry, that's rubbish. To return.
