Glitter is a gel not a powder
I'm a bit disappointed with this makeup. above all. A tiny swipe on the glitter eyeshadow and you'll see the bottom of the container. It's more of a gel than a powder. I'm still trying to get the sparkle out of my daughter's eyes. For almost $13, I could just buy her an adult makeup palette. live and learn I guess.
